Building relationships with each other, being the men and women God wants us to be and reaching people with the love of Jesus is our vision and focus.

Believing in community

We meet together in various ways:

On Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons we gather to discuss the talk and application questions from the previous Sunday, pray and drink tea/coffee. Eating together at various times during the month allows everyone the opportunity to share a meal and build on extended family.

We enjoy spending time together in fun social settings. These vary from bbq’s and cinema trips to drinking Costa coffee and watching ice hockey games!

Supporting each other with any help needed… we have pretty good gardening and DIY teams!

We believe in community: during the week in King’s Community Centre, volunteers provide free tea, coffee and toast for anyone in the neighbourhood and further afield.

Vintage tea parties (with all the china and white tablecloths) and fish finger suppers are what we do very well. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing the gospel and love of Jesus.

To the glory of God

A key scripture sums us up brilliantly:

“All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:15)
