cell & cluster leadership
At King’s we have more than 40 cell leaders & assistant cell leaders and 5 ‘cluster’ leaders, who are valued very highly
In order to support our leaders with prayer, training and one to one help, all the cell leaders and assistants meet with Darren and Jacky at the beginning of each month for ongoing training and development
Cells are grouped in ‘developmental clusters’ and the leaders within each cluster meet once a term for fellowship and strategic planning
