The Empty Tomb
This picture was painted during our Easter Service 2009. The actual canvas was approximately 6ft tall and it took 2 hours to complete..... in fact it was perfectly timed......... being completed just before the meeting finished!
It really emphasised the theme for the service that morning, and was referred to during the sermon, becoming something for people to focus on as we remembered fact that Jesus is alive.
It was displayed for the next few Sundays and was a good discussion point during that time
